THe only change I made was she used 16 ct. crayon boxes for her "pockets" to put the unused menus in and I made mine out of card-stock after looking at a crayon box and determining how it would look opened. Then I made a model and folded it and then made a secon one. That way I could make them the size I needed to fit my frame.
